Set up your teachers' profiles

1. The characteristics of teachers' accounts:

Teachers have an unlimited access and can :

• view their classes

• Complete the face-to-face at the beginning of the class

• Print the attendance sheets

The teacher does not have access to the studio's confidential information (statistics, student information, database, revenues...)

1 - First step : Teacher login (by the teacher)

Your teacher must create a classic user page by logging in via your login portal (the address is on your admin panel).

2 - Second step : Creation of the teacher's profile (By the admin)

1. Go to Users, then to teachers

2. Click on Create a new teacher

You can customize your teachers' information by adding a biography and a photo.

3 - Third step : Link the user profile to the teacher profile (by the admin)

1. Click on Users

2. Then on Teachers and select View on the teacher you want

3. Scroll down and click on Link a teacher to a user

4. Select the teacher's account and click on Add

2. Change the teacher's profile

If the teacher has already been created

1. Go to Users

2. Then click on Teachers

3. Click on modify the teacher

4. Fill the information you wish to add, as well as a photo and click on Add
