Manually refund a class in £. (through stripe)

Log in to your Stripe dashboard where all your collected payments are displayed : https://dashboard.stripe.com/

1. Refund a payment via Stripe dashboard

Look for the payment to be refunded on the payment overview page.

1. Click on the icon ••• on the right of the amount

2. Then select refund when you have selected the correct amount

2. Are there any fees associated with a refund?

There is no additional charge for a refund, but the original payment transaction fee is not refundable. Some Stripe accounts created prior to September 14, 2017 will have the Stripe fee refunded on a pro-rata basis for the amount refunded.

The refund usually takes 5-10 days to appear on the participant's credit card statement.

4. Where will I see the refunded amounts ?

With the Stripe dashboard, on a payment's page, you can see its history, including refunded amounts.
