The credit system

The Yoga&Me platform works with the credit system. Take the time to understand their specifics.

Credits are used on the platform to simplify transactions (purchase, cancellation, refund...). They help to avoid bank transactions and thus unnecessary fees.

We base our system on the assumption that 1 class = 1 credit.

1. How are they used ?

When they purchase one or more online classes, your students get X number of credits that appear on their account. These credits allow them to book classes on your booking platform and only on yours.

In case of cancellation of a reservation, the credits are automatically refunded to the student's account (if the cancellation rules in place on the platform allow it)

2. Why would you use credits ?

All studios are encouraged to use the credit system to simplify transactions and the overall operation of their business.

3. Assign a credit to a type of yoga

You can assign credits to a particular class type and partition their use. This feature allows you to assign credits to a single class type to prevent them from being used on other more expensive classes.

4. Decimal values of credits

Your credits may contain decimals in order to offer price variations.

For example: An online class is cheaper than a regular class, so you can enter the price in credits: 0.7

Or for a more expensive class like aerial yoga, enter the price in credit: 1.5

5. In which situations shouldn't I use the credit system ?

When you organize an exceptional event (training course, workshop...) and wish to go beyond your usual pricing in credits.

You can define a single price in euros directly by adding a class.

  1. Go to Classes

  2. Click on Add a class

  3. Then on payment type and select One off payments (in £)

Watch the explanatory video below :

⚠️ Warning : In case of cancellation, already paid classes will have to get manually reimbursed on your Stripe Dashboard

6. How do I see my students' expired credits?

  1. Go to Users, then Students

  2. Click on View expired Credits

You can then manually add new credits to your students

Here is a link to how to do it :
