Functioning of the waiting list
This feature allows your students to be waitlisted when the class of their choice is already full.
1. Understand the functionning of the waiting list
When a class appears as Full in your schedule, the student can choose to join the waiting list.
His presence on the waiting list is visible on his Timetable.

2. What happens when a spot becomes available :
The first person on the waiting list will receive an automatic email offering to register.
If he doesn't sign up within ten minutes of the email being sent, the next person on the waiting list will receive the email in turn, etc.
3. Activating the waiting list
The waiting list must be activated for each class individually in the add class form.
So you can activate it for some classes but not for all.
Click on Classes
Then Add a class
In the field Enable waiting list, select Yes
