Early bookings

1. Who is affected by early bookings ?

Your subscribers have the possibility to book classes in advance for the following months up to their future balance, even if their current credit balance is at zero for the current month.

Please note that early bookings do not apply to class passes.

2. How does early booking work?

The platform takes into account the fact that the subscribed students will have X number of credits on their account the following month. They can therefore book their classes in advance for the following months and secure their spots.

Example : Student Michel is a subscriber, every 28 days his account is automatically credited with 4 credits. He will be able to book 4 classes in advance for the months following the current one.

When the next month hits, the subscriber's account is credited again, and the credits are automatically used to pay for classes booked in advance.

3. Can the student book an infinite number of classes in advance ?

No. If the student's subscription gives them 4 credits per month, they will be able to reserve 4 classes over the following months, but no more.

In the event that the student cancels his/her membership, classes booked in advance and having used future credits will automatically be cancelled.
