Assign a pricing to a class type
This guide explains how to assign credits to a particular type of class and to partition their use.
1. Understand the functioning
You can assign a pricing to a class type.
This allows you to separate the use of certain credits that are worth more. This feature is useful for example to separate credits for online classes from those for face-to-face classes.
Class pass n°1 : 10 online classes at 100€ (10 credits), assigned to "Online yoga"
Class pass n°2 : 10 in studio classes at 180€ (10 credits), not assigned and usable on all classes
The class pass n°1 will allow the student to use their credits only on classes identified as "online yoga".
These credits will be assigned to one class type and cannot be used to book other classes.
2. Define the type of yoga for a class
When you add a new class in your timetable, select the corresponding type of class or create it :
Go to Classes
Then add a class
In the Class type field, select or add the concerned class type
3. Add a pricing assigned to a class type
Go to Pricing, then manage pricing
Add a class pass or a membership
At the bottom of the page, in the Only valid on this class type tab, select the desired type of yoga
4. Check that this new pricing is assigned to the desired class type
