1. General functioning of the class passes and memberships
Class passes and memberships allow you to sell your classes grouped. They are an effective way to keep your students loyal and to make higher volumes of sales.

You have the possibility to group your rates in different categories (examples: individual coaching, yoga for children, advanced level...).

You can assign a price to a type of yoga and separate the use of the credits. The student will then only be able to use their credits on the assigned type of yoga. This is useful for example for online classes which are cheaper.
2. Class passes
They work like the paper cards traditionally used in the studio. The passes offer a fixed number of classes to be used over a period of time defined by the studio.
Specificities and rules of the class passes
Class passes are not automatically renewed.
The passes are not necessarily individual, one pass can be used to reserve multiple slots in the same class.
1 class of 1 hour = 1 credit
3. Memberships
Like a traditional fitness membership, they allow the student flexible use of classes and a guaranteed revenue for the studio.

The student can cancel his booking on the My bookings tab present on his website
You are free to define the duration of your memberships (usually 28 days)
Memberships are for individual use
Memberships operate on an automatic renewal basis.
At the end of the period, unused credits are not carried forward. They are lost.
Unlimited and limited memberships
You can create unlimited memberships giving the student unlimited access to your classes.
You can create limited memberships, giving the student a fixed number of classes to use over the period. At the end of the validity period, unused classes are lost and not carried over to the next period.
Modify a membership
The membership is a tacit agreement between you and the student. The student will be charged automatically by SEPA direct debit.
For this reason, it is not possible to modify a membership as long as there are students subscribed.
Delete a membership
You cannot delete a membership as long as there are students subscribed to it.
You can hide a membership so that it remains active for those who are already members, but is no longer visible for others.
Unsubscribe from a membership
As an admin, you can unsubscribe a student from the Users/Subscribers tab.
4. Advance booking (specialty for student subscribers)
Your students who have subscribed have the possibility to reserve classes in advance for the following months, even if their credit balance is at zero for the current month.
Example : Student Michel is a subscriber, every 28 days his account is automatically credited with 4 credits. He will be able to reserve 4 classes in advance for the following months.
