My student lost his password

If your student has lost his or her password and is unable to log in to the platform.

1. Generating a new password

1. From the login form, click on Forgot your password

2. Then enter your email to receive a link to reset the password

2. If my students can't find their password

1. Go to Users and then to Students

2. Click on Edit on the selected student

3. Then enter a new password that you will have to give to your student

As the administrator of your platform, you can generate a new password for your students.
