Class cancellation and refund

1. Cancel a class with registrants

In this case, the platform offers you to cancel the class and send an explanatory message to the registered students.

1. Go to Classes and select the one you want

2. Click on Cancel class

3. Fill in the reasons for you to cancel the class and click on Cancel class

2. Cancel a class without registrants

The method is the same apart from the fact that you don't have to justify yourself

3. Automatic refund

• In case the class is paid in credit: the cancelled class will be refunded automatically.

• In case the class is paid in £, the refund must be done manually via your stripe dashboard.
