Activate the health questionnaire

You have the option of asking your students to fill out a health questionnaire when they first make a reservation. If the student does not wish to fill out the questionnaire, he/she has the option to

1. Activate the questionnaire

1. Go to Settings and then to Health Questionnaire

2. Check the box Activate the questionnaire

3. Then fill in the fields as you like

2. Deactivate the questionnaire

1. Go to settings and then to Health Questionnaire

2. Uncheck the box activate the questionnaire

3. View the answers

When a client completes the questionnaire, you will receive a notification in your Management / Recent Activity tab.

You can then consult his answers directly on his user's page, in the Users / Students tab
