My students don't receive automatic e-mails

The platform sends a series of automatic emails that help you save time and manage the relationship with your customers.

If your students report that they are not receiving the emails, here are the steps to follow.

1. Check your spams

There is a good chance that the emails will end up in your student's spam folder.

2. Check the details of the emails sent

  1. go to the Management tab

  2. then click on Emails

  3. Scroll down until you find email description

Using the Control F keyboard function, do a search with your student's name. This will allow you to find out if an email has been sent to your student or not.

3. Check that the student has not deactivated his notifications

Your students have the option to turn off receiving notifications on their platform. Please ask them if they have done so or check with us.

4. Mail box

Finally, it happens that some email servers block recipients. Unfortunately we have no control over this. It is recommended in this case to ask the student to provide you with another email address on which to contact them.
