Automatic emails: sending history and personalization

1. Yoga&Me sends the following automatic emails to your students:

• Confirmation of a new booking

• Cancelation of a class by an admin

• Cancelation at the request of a student

• Welcoming message

• Payment confirmation

• Start of an online class

• Seats available in a class

• Renewal of a payment

2. Where to view the sending history

1. Go to Management tab

2. Click on Emails

3. Scroll down until you find Email logs

4. Click on View to visualize the Email

Be careful not to modify elements between brackets : Those are called Shortcodes.

3. Customize automatic emails

1. Go to the Management tab

2. Click on Emails

3. Then on Edit

4. Update
